Belgaum News: A congress leader, Shivakumar, from Puttur, dies in Belagavi due to a road accident on Friday, 10 May. Shivakumar was traveling to Belagavi for some work and died after a road accident.
He was riding his bike and collided with a toad divider causing serious injuries and demise.
Shivakumar held various positions in the INC during his political career. He was a congress leader and Tamil labor leader. He was 50 years old.
