I know there are a lot of theatres in Belgaum but a new movie was launched the previous week, and I wanted to go to the best theatre in Belgaum as I really liked the trailer and wanted to enjoy a good ambiance.
I know many theatres in Belgaum, but I know there are a lot of people who may be new or may not know all the theatres in Belgaum, and in this article, I’m going to share my experience and how much they charge for a movie ticket.

I have made a list of 5 best theatres in Belgaum that you can go to without thinking twice, and then there is a list of all the theatres in Belgaum with their location, ticket prices, services, ratings, etc.

1. INOX Cinemas
You may not believe it, but INOX is in Belgaum and is one of the best theatres in Belgaum that I know. There are many reasons for this, but the main reason is the ambiance as it is a big franchise, they maintain their theatres really well which makes it one of the top choices of Belgaum people.
There are some factors that make this theatre the best in Belgaum (Belagavi):
- INOX is situated at a distance of 2 km from the Belgaum Fort and it will take you just 8-10 minutes to reach there.
- the theatre is well-maintained and has a nice ambiance
- they have a food court inside the theatre
- the hall is spacious and the seats are big and clean
- all the halls in the theatre are centrally air-conditioned
- the quality of the screen including the audio and video is the best in the town

2. Swaroop Nartaki Talkies
I like this theatre because the ticket price is cheap and still they are providing good services. It is not far from the center if I tell you from the Belagavi Fort, it is just 2 km and will take around 8-10 minutes to reach.
Another thing that I liked about this theatre is the screen supports 3D pictures as well which is good. But makes it different from others:
- definitely, the price is a differentiator
- another thing is the maintenance inside the hall
- the food court is good and hygienic, they also offer many options to choose from
Someone told me that, the AC was not working fine, although I never faced such issues.

3. Big Cinemas
Now it is time to place Carnival Cinemas, also known as Big Cinemas Theatre in Belgaum. I have been in their theatre in many different cities, I find it good in some cities, but not so good in other cities.
Although the one in Belgaum is good, this also offers one of the lowest ticket prices in the town. The only reason for placing Big Cinemas, Belagum at number 3 position is the ambience.
I didn’t like the washroom area, it is good and better than many others, but if maintained, can get better and secure the top position in the list of best theatres in Belgaum.

4. Prakash Theatre
The thing I liked about this theatre is the friendly management, smooth ticket booking process, and flexible show timings. It is one of the oldest movie theatres in Belgaum.
The reason for placing this in the 4th position is because, I personally have found, rare, some drunk individuals during the movie screening which is not good and I do not think is suitable for a family outing.

To be honest, I do not like this theatre much, but it is a popular choice among the people of Belgaum and this is the reason why I have put this theatre in the top 5 position.
The theatre is not air-conditioned, it’s just a simple and normal movie theatre, but due to its low ticket cost, people prefer going there. I would not those you are planning for a movie with family.
