Belgaum News: Mallappa Chougala from the Uttama Prajaakeeya Party has filed the nominations for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 from Belgaum. He is the first person who filed the nominations for the elections from Belgaum as the nominations for the third phase of elections started on 12 April.
The 41-year-old Mallappa Chougala is the son of Channapa Chougala. Mallapa Chougala declared his net assets as 2 cr and his total income as 2.4 lakhs in 2023. His total liabilities stood at 37 lakhs for the same year.
The UPP candidate from Belgaum, Mallappa has done postgraduation in an MBA and is an experienced politician.
