The Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) to organise a public convention named ‘Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan’ which is a part of Gandhi Bharat Event in Belagavi on January 28,2025.
Senior central leaders of the party are expected to attend the convention,lending their support to the KPCC’S initiatives.
The ‘Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim, Jai Samvidhan’ public convention was initially scheduled at 27 December, 2024.However it was further postponed following the death of Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
D.K. Shivakumar, the KPCC President and Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, called on AICC Organisational Secretary and MP K.C. Venugopal, on Tuesday to discuss the upcoming event and preparation details. This meeting ensures the dedication of the party’s commitment to make the event a successful one and to underscore the significance of the convention.
The Two-Day Programme is aimed to honor Gandhi’s Legacy and was planned as a part of the centenary celebrations of historic 100th Anniversary Convention of Mahatma Gandhi presiding over the Congress session in Belagavi.
