Belagavi Boy Claimed Guinness World Record

A member of the Roller Skating Club in Belagavi, Shivganga Club, has set a Guinness World Record for skating backward on an inline skate in just 14.84 seconds for 100 meters.

Shivganga Club has become the fastest skaters club to do an inline skate backward. He made this record on May 27, and since then, his video has gone viral on social media.

Shivganga Roller Skating Club wrote on their Instagram handle, “We’ve achieved our 9th Guinness Book of World record! 🥇 Shivganga Roller skating academy has done it again as we’ve received our official certification for fastest 100m on inline skates in just 11.21 secs! 🤩Congratulations to all the coaches, skaters and parents for all the efforts and time y’all dedicated to make this possible 💪”

What Other Records Shivganag Roller Skaters Club Hold

Apart from the inline backward skating, the Shivganga RSC holds 8 more Guinness World Records making a total of 9 Guinness World Records. They hold the ‘Largest Roller Skate Sentence’ which was made with 1039 roller skaters on 29 May 2022.

Another is the fastest 100-meter inline skating achieved in 11.21 seconds in May 2023 and there are many more.
